Megoldás. A frakció tagjai a négy bizottság kból kiválasztott 6 bizottság-pár valamelyikében dolgoznak, mivel minden tag pontosan két bizottságban dolgozik. Ha többen is ugyan azt a párt választanák, akkor már legalább két közös tagja lenne valamely két bizottságnak. Ezért a frakciónak legfeljebb 6 tagja van. De kevesebb sem lehet, mert akkor lenne olyan bizottság-pár, amit nem választ egy képviselő sem, tehát ennek a két bizottságnak nem lenne közös tagja. A frakció 6 képviselőből áll.
