Megoldás: A 2, 3, 5, 7 és a 11 nem írható fel két pozitív összetett szám összegeként.

13=4+9, 17=8+9,..., 4k+1=4(k-2)+9, ha k\geq3.

19=15+4, 23=15+8,..., 4k+3=15+4(k-3), ha k\geq4.

Tehát a 13 és a nála nagyobb prímszámok felírhatók két pozitív összetett szám összegeként.
