Megoldás. Az \(\displaystyle A\) esetben a golyó hosszabb úton, tehát hosszabb ideig mozog nagyobb sebességgel, mint a \(\displaystyle B\) esetben, emiatt az átlagsebessége nagyobb. Így rövidebb idő alatt teszi meg az ugyanolyan hosszú utat, hamarabb ér az út végére, mint a \(\displaystyle B\) esetben.
