Megoldás. Érdemes kipróbálni nemcsak óraüveggel, hanem különböző alakú, kis méretű síktükrökkel is. Azt láthatjuk, hogy a falon megjelenő fényfolt megőrzi a tükör alakját. Ennek az a magyarázata, hogy a Napból közel párhuzamos fénysugarak érkeznek, és ezek szintén közel párhuzamosan verődnek vissza a síktükörről.
