Megoldás. A helyes eredménytől a Sári által kapott érték az egyik tényező annyiszorosával tér el, amennyit Sári tévedett az utolsó számjegy 8-nak olvasásakor. Mivel 904=8^.113 (és a 113 prím), ezért az alábbi lehetőségek jöhetnek szóba:
