Megoldás. A nehézségi erő forgatónyomatéka az ember vállára vonatkoztatva nem nulla; az emiatt fellépő forgatónyomatékot az ember karja által kifejtett erőnek kell kiegyensúlyoznia. A vállára ható erő nagyobb (kisebb), mint a súly, ha a tömegközéppont a vállánál hátrább (előrébb) van.
