A számtani és mértani közepek között fennálló egyenlőtlenség szerint

\(\displaystyle \frac{\sin \alpha +\sin \beta +\sin \gamma}{3}\ge \root{3}\of{\sin \alpha \sin \beta \sin \gamma},\)

ahonnan
