Megoldás. A második egyenletet átalakítva \(\displaystyle (x-3)^3+4(x-3)^2-7(x-3)-10=0\) alakba írhatjuk. Az \(\displaystyle y = x – 3\) helyettesítéssel így visszakaptuk az első egyenletet, aminek gyökeit már ismerjük, ezért ennek megoldásai hárommal nagyobbak: \(\displaystyle –2\); \(\displaystyle 2\) és \(\displaystyle 5\).
