Megoldás. Legyen a szám első számjegye \(\displaystyle a\), a második \(\displaystyle b\), ekkor \(\displaystyle 7(a+b) = 10a + b\). A számjegyek megfordításával kapott kétjegyű szám értéke \(\displaystyle 10b + a = 10b + 2b = 12b\), tehát a számjegyek megfordításával kapott szám négyszerese a számjegyek összegének.
